At no cost to you, Ottawa Police Service performs clearance checks for ELTOC volunteers. This checks your police record and criminal record for sexual offence for which one has been convicted or pardoned. As a potential tutor volunteer for ELTOC, will you consent to the above checks? (Yes / No)
